1. Scope
These Internet Advertising Terms and Conditions ("Advertising Terms") apply to any individual or entity that has contracted — or otherwise agreed — to advertise properties, promotions, or related inventory on KTM Apartments ("the Platform", "we", "us"), including organic listings, sponsored placements, boosts, and featured inventory.
They supplement the Terms of Service and Add A Property Terms. Paid checkout is also governed by the E-commerce Internet Advertising Terms.
By advertising on the Platform you accept these Advertising Terms.
2. Advertising inventory
Advertising on the Platform may include, without limitation:
- Standard property listings visible in search, map, and detail pages;
- Boosted or sponsored placements with elevated ranking or badges for a defined period;
- Featured home or category placements;
- Building-level multi-unit advertising where your plan supports it.
Placement, ranking signals, and eligibility are determined by Platform algorithms, plan entitlements, payment status, and moderation rules. We do not guarantee a specific position, impression count, or lead volume.
