1. Scope
These E-commerce Internet Advertising Terms and Conditions ("E-commerce Terms") apply to any individual or entity that uses the KTM Apartments e-commerce / payment flows to pay for a listing, subscription, boost, advertisement, or related commercial feature on the Platform ("Paid Services").
They sit alongside the Terms of Service, Add A Property Terms, and Internet Advertising Terms.
By completing a checkout, initiating a payment, or confirming a paid plan, you accept these E-commerce Terms.
2. Currency and pricing
Customer-facing prices are shown in Rs (Nepalese rupees). External payment gateways may require ISO currency code NPR. Prices, taxes (if any), and plan inclusions are shown before you confirm payment.
We may change list prices prospectively; changes do not alter a successfully paid period already activated unless required by law.
3. Orders, entitlements, and activation
A Paid Service becomes an entitlement after the Platform records successful payment (or an approved offline confirmation where we offer one). Activation of listings, badges, or boosts follows product rules — for example, concurrent active listing ceilings under your plan.
Draft or non-active listings do not consume active slots. Exceeding caps may block activation until you free a slot or upgrade.
