1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions for Submitting Photos/Videos ("Media Terms") apply to any individual or entity that sends photos, videos, floor plans, or similar media for use in a listing or advertisement on KTM Apartments ("the Platform", "we", "us").
By uploading or otherwise sending media, you accept these Media Terms together with the Add A Property Terms and Terms of Service.
2. What you may submit
You may submit media that:
- Depicts the actual property being advertised;
- You created, or for which you hold a valid licence or written permission;
- Is suitable for public display (no illegal, pornographic, or extreme violent content);
- Does not include personal data of third parties without a lawful basis (for example, clear faces of non-consenting individuals should be avoided or blurred).
Supported formats and size limits are those enforced by the upload UI at the time of submission.
3. Representations and warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the copyright or have authority to grant the licence in section 4;
- The media does not infringe trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Staging, filters, or edits do not make the property materially deceptive;
- Floor-plan files, if provided, reasonably match the unit described.
